DUPLEX IN CLOT,

Almudena and Pepe commissioned us to redistribute and decorate a duplex penthouse in a new building in the Clot neighborhood of Barcelona. The project of the building was by Ferrater, the general white color predominated contrasted with the dark gray iron of the railings, lattices, and enclosures, and it was very well located in the old quarter of the Clot neighborhood. Our work consisted of redesigning the distribution, organizing it according to the new needs of the family, in such a way that it could be carried out simultaneously with the construction of the building, choosing the finishes, distribution and materials for the bathrooms and kitchen (it is worth noting the facilities and willingness of the developer's architecture and construction team in look like), and decorate it completely.
