This place is located on the ground floor of a newly built building that was awarded a FAD award in 2022. It is located on Llacuna de Poblenou street, very close to the sea. It was a 40m2 local, with very high ceilings and a garden on the back façade. The challenge was to turn it into a multipurpose space, destined to carry out any professional activity, which was going to be put up for sale at the end of the reform. The result had to cause a "wow effect" with a simple but high-quality intervention. We wanted its aesthetics to not clash with the beautiful building where it was located. The place was sold immediately; goal accomplished!
