What does a turnkey service consist of?
It consists of providing the client with a multidisciplinary team of architects, interior designers and technicians capable of delivering a turnkey service. This service covers architecture, interior design, decoration, conceptualisation and visualisation, on-site supervision and quality control to ensure the result matches the approved project and design. This way the client has a single contact at BATTE who interprets and shapes their project and stands by it until the keys are handed over. We like to say it is an accompaniment from start to finish.
What is the difference between an interior design project and a decoration project?
An interior design project involves a technical and creative process aimed at remodelling or transforming a space to improve its functionality and aesthetics. It ranges from designing the layout and lighting to selecting materials and managing the construction. A decoration project, on the other hand, focuses on aesthetically improving a space to make it more pleasant and beautiful, working on an existing base, without modifying the layout or carrying out structural works.
What does a project consultancy consist of?
It is specific, specialised advice on an existing project. It usually involves optimising the functionality of the spaces, helping with the conceptualisation and visualisation of the project, proposing materiality —textures, colour palette, "moodboard"—, producing commercial plans, etc. It is mainly aimed at real-estate developers and investors who, despite having an architectural project, lack the complement that approaches the project at the micro scale, interpreting how every corner will be lived in, adding soul to the project and transforming its perception to better reach the end user.
How do we start working together?
The first step is an initial meeting, in person or online, where we listen to your project and your needs. Afterwards we send you a proposal with scope, fees and estimated timeline.
How are fees calculated?
Fees are calculated based on the surface to be intervened, the complexity of the project and the level of site supervision. After the initial meeting we send you a closed and detailed proposal.
