Loft in Llacuna

This unit sits on the ground floor of a newly built building that won a FAD award in 2022, on Llacuna street in Poblenou, very close to the sea. It was a space of about 40 m², with very high ceilings and a garden on the rear façade. The challenge was to turn it into a multipurpose space, suitable for any professional activity, that would go on sale once the works were finished; the result had to create a «wow effect» with a simple but high-quality intervention whose aesthetic would not clash with the beautiful building around it. The interior design stripped the original space to dress it with an impeccable, functional and highly magnetic proposal. The unit sold immediately: goal accomplished!
