LLACUNA, Barcelona This place is located on the ground floor of a newly built building that was awarded a FAD award in 2022. It is located on Llacuna de Poblenou street, very close to the sea. It was a 40m2 local, with very high ceilings and a garden on the back façade. The challenge was to turn it into a multipurpose space, destined to carry out any professional activity, which was going to be put up for sale at the end of the reform. The result had to cause a “wow effect” with a simple but high-quality intervention. We wanted its aesthetics to not clash with the beautiful building where it was located. The place was sold immediately; goal accomplished! Open spaces and flooding light in this exquisite project located in Llacuna. The interior design stripped the original space to dress it with an impeccable, functional, and highly magnetic visual proposal.
