A total embrace of the essence of the Mediterranean. The family had lived abroad for many years but did not stop until they found on the Costa Brava the refuge they were looking for: proximity to the beaches, the sea, the gastronomy, their friends and everything that connects them to their past and their present. The brief was to completely redistribute and renovate this 130 m² triplex apartment, with 40 m² of courtyards and outdoor terraces, right in the centre of Calella. The aim was to achieve a bright, practical and functional home with a modern, neutral aesthetic, conceived to maximise the light without needing to recall its seaside setting.
